摘要:

A revised hypothesis of coagulation Integrates all the factors known to be involved into a single pathway that is initiated by factor VIIa/tissue factor and in which“contact”factors are not required. A key point is that the initial hemostatic response must be“consolidated”by the progressive local generation of factor Xa and thrombin.
