AbstractIn an address delivered to three of WHO's Regional Committees — those for Africa, the Americas, and the Western Pacific — Dr H Malher outlined a broad course of action for individuals, communities, the health professions, health ministries, and WHO in order to bring about an acceptable level of health for everybody within the next twenty-five years.
