摘要:
AbstractSpecial tissue culture (histoculture) methodologv, when coibined with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) stained tissue sections, ultrastructural studies, and time-lapse cinephotomicrography, can provide information in neoplastic tissue that cannot be obtained from H&E alone. This approach has unlimited applicability and is particularly useful inthe evaluation of mitotic cells and host response to the disease process. The multidiciplinary nature of this approach yields results superior to any single method.
