摘要:

AbstractA polymer containingfuryl group was synthesized as a new type of a photosensitive resin. Furoin acrylate was obtained by the reaction of acryloyl chloride with furoin, which was polymerized or copolymerized with styrene in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile. Moreover, in order to obtain polymers containing benzoin structure, FRIEDEL‐CRAFTS‐reaction of polystyrene (PS) with phenylglyoxal (PhG), the reaction of poly‐p‐lithiumstyrene with PhG, the copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride (P(St/MAn)) with benzoin, and polyvinylalcohol with α‐chlorodeoxybenzoin(desyl chloride) were carried out. Photosensitivity of furoin structure is higher than that of benzoin structure, and the polymer containing furoin structure is effective to longer wave length than the polymer containing benzoin
