摘要:

Proteolytic activity on basic proteins in seeds of Bellardia trixago (L.) All. - A SH-proteinase was isolated from dormant seed ofBellardia trixago(L.) All. The enzyme, which was active on basic proteins, showed its optimum activity at pH 4.8. The natural substrate of enzyme was not yet identified, but its presence in the dormant seeds was ascertained.
