摘要:
The macrophage is both a scavenger and a secretory cell. In both of its functions it facilitates immune responses by presenting antigen to lymphocytes in a form that heightens immunogenicity, by stimulating lymphocyte differentiation and proliferation, and by providing a stage for B-cell-T-cell interaction. Macrophages also can act under T-cell influence to destroy target bacterial and tumor cells.
