摘要:

1.The oxidation of C6H6, PhF, PhCl, and PhNO2with Pd(II) trifluoroacetate proceeds under milder conditions than does oxidation with Pd(II) acetate.2.The predominant direction of the oxidation of benzene and its monosubstituted derivatives is dimerization and subsequent condensation to give bi- and polyphenyls. The selectivity of the process toward trifluoroacetoxylation is lower than in the case of acetoxylation.3.The yield of the trifluoroacetoxylation products increases when CE3COOH, alkali metal trifluoroacetates or oxidizing agents are added, and decreases in the presence of water.
