Bei 20 Patienten wurden während der postoperativen parenteralen Ernährung Serumspiegel und Urinausscheidung von Zink, Magnesium, Kupfer, Kalzium und anorganischem Phosphat untersucht. Die parenterale Ernährung war standardisiert. Auβerdem wurden die genannten Bioelemente gezielt substituiert.
