AbstractThe effectiveness of structured as opposed to nonstructured groups in the teaching of problem-solving skills to acting-out adolescent girls was tested with junior high school students. Following ten weekly treatment sessions, the structured group was found to have fewer disciplinary referrals and a reduction in tardiness.
