摘要:

There is growing interest in combining radiotherapy with chemotherapy, hyperthermia, or chemical modifiers of radiosensitivity. The rationale for each approach—as well as the attendant problems and progress—is reviewed. Combinations of radiotherapy and chemotherapy (with or without surgery) have already demonstrated their clinical value in many cancers.
