摘要:

1.It was shown that the N-aminomethyl group be inserted into 1,3-disubstituted and 1,3,3-trisubstituted diaziridines (pKa5.4-4.1) by treatment with formaldehyde and amines, the pKaof which exceeds 8.2.A method was developed for the preparation of 1-alkyl-3-methyldiaziridines in one step, without isolating the Schiff bases, in 62–75% yield
