摘要:
SummaryThis ease report concerns a 24 year old male, who was followed for a severe aplastic anaemia and showed enlargement of the left cervical lymphnodes. The histological type was Morbus Iiodgkin of the lymphocyte predominant type. At repeated examinations, Hodgkin cells were not found in the bone marrow aspirates. The patient never received any treatment. There was no apparent pre-existing immune deficiency. Lymphnodes were present for almost 2 years. The aplastic anaemia probably is due to exposure to myelotoxic chemicals. The patient died from a cerebral haemorrhage. At the postmortem examination, Hodgkin’s disease was limited to the left supraclavicular region.
