A subgroupHof a groupGis called s-semipermutable inGif it is permutable with all Sylowp-subgroups ofGwith (p,∣H∣) for all primespsuch thatp∥G∣. In this pa-per, we investigate the influence ofs-semipermutable and abnormal subgroups on the structure of a finite group and classify such finite groups in which every subgroup is eithers-semipermutable or abnormal.
