摘要:

AbstractA simple and affordable immunocytochemical technique at the ultrastructural level using a hydrophilic resin is described in modified form and in detail. In the method, ultrathin sections of tissue embedded in L-R white are imrnunostained in three stages using the versatile avidin-biotinylated horseradish peroxidase sequence and 3,3′-diaminobenzidine. The staining reaction is intense and ultrastructural detail is well preserved.
