摘要:

ABSTRACTThe need for an optimally positioned fetus late in pregnancy and during labor and birth is addressed. The maternal postures recommended to facilitate anterior fetal rotation are safe, simple, economic, and based on scientific theory. Explanation of these postures is offered including the use of rotation and maintenance postures.
