摘要:

Nausea and vomiting are common problems before dialysis commences and sometimes persist after dialysis is initiated. Metoclopromide and prochloroperazine often help but not uniformly. Is there any experience with the new antiemetic agents used with chemotherapy (ondansetron) in this setting?
