摘要:

Ventricular ectopic activity that is not associated with symptoms may be an indicator of underlying coronary heart disease and should alert the physician to the need for a full evaluation of the patient's cardiovascular status and prognosis. The factors that increase the risk of sudden cardiac death are discussed, as is appropriate antiarrhythmic therapy.
