摘要:

SUMMARYAn agar medium was developed which proved especially useful for isolating cultures of Boletaceae. The addition of small amounts of safflower oil (2.5 ml/liter) to liquid media stimulated mycelial growth of species of Boletaceae tested. A major increase in mycelial growth occurred during the first week of shake culture in media to which oil had been added.
