摘要:

The present status and future directions of scientific and machine development at the Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (SSRL) are reviewed. A central focus is on the transformation of SPEAR into a fully dedicated synchrotron radiation source served by an independent 3‐GeV booster injector synchrotron.
