SUMMARY. 1. The Abderhalden reaction might be utilized for diagnostic purposes of rabies.2. The reaction is positive as early as the third day in rabbits subdurally inoculated with fixed virus.3. Sera of healthy rabbits cause cleavage of brain and placenta tissue, yet to a very light degree.
