摘要:

n-Silicon was produced by neutron transmutation doping from suitable p-Silicon, which was used to manufacture detector structures. It was pointed out, that these detectors are applicable to provide α-, β- and γ-spectrometry and counting at room temperature. For electron counting and spectrometry, the aptitude of the developed detectors as nuclear radiation sensors for industrial robots was analysed and demonstrated.
