LetRp⊆R1⊆Rbe a tower of rings of prime characteristicp. WhenRhas locallyp-bases overR1and is finitely presented asR1-module, we study the existence of ap-basis ofRoverR1and the condition that the module ωR/R1of Kähler differentials ofRoverR1is to be free.
