摘要:

AbstractA modified and simplified luxol-fast stain was used on 345 histologic sections of 23 canine stomachs to visualize parietal cells selectively. This staining procedure allowed their discrimination from other mucosal components and their quantification by computer-assisted histomorphometry. This stain may be of help in quantitatively determining the extent of parietal cell atrophy and hyperplasia. (The J Histotechnol14:247, 1991)
