Data from the 16 PF test, used routinely with middle level managers, are compared with business executive scores from Cattell and with the general results from Eysenck and Harrell. While Eysenck makes the generalized observation that businessmen tend towards stable introversion, the evidence from Harrell and from this study suggests that at least some particular samples of managers tend to show significantly above average extraversion.
