摘要:

A dinucleoside (cyanomethyl) phosphonate has been prepared, and its properties have been studied. This compound was converted into an oligonucleotide possessing alternating (cyanomethyl) phosphonate and phosphodiester backbone groups and its hybridization to complementary DNA and RNA sequences was studied versus methylphosphonate and phosphodiester controls.
