摘要:

Several 3-substituted ethyl 4,4,4-trichloro-2-cyanobutanoates (2,3and4) are synthesized in good to excellent yields and high stereoselectivity by the one-pot reaction of ethyl 4,4,4-trichloro-2-cyano-2-butenoate with various bifunctional nucleophilic reagents.
