Lepeophtheirus cuneifersp. nov. (Copepoda: Caligidae) is described and illustrated. This copepod is a parasite of marine fishes off the coast of Alaska, its hosts includingRaja binoculataandHexagrammos lagocephalus. Other possible hosts areLeptocottus armatusandTheragra chalcogramma.
