SummaryIn the CHOICE study, a multidisciplinary research team is conducting several complementary research projects designed to better understand how dialysis care practice influences health outcomes and costs. The study places a special emphasis on the perspective of the patient. The effort includes the development of patient‐centered instruments for assessment of health‐related quality of life, patient preferences and patient satisfaction.
