摘要:

A spin cast film of poly(butadiene) (PBD) was analyzed by XPS using monochromatic AlKαexcitation. The XPS survey spectrum contained only carbon, as expected from the stoichiometry of the polymer. The high resolution spectrum of the C 1speak is also reported.
