AbstractEs wird über die Synthese neuer Azabicyclo‐octane berichtet. Zum 3‐Aza‐bicyclo‐ [3,3,0]‐octan (Cyclopentanopyrrolidin) und dem 3‐Aza‐bicyclo‐[3,2,1]‐octan (Cyclopentanopiperidin) gelangte man durch Reduktion des Cyclopentan‐1, Z‐dicarbonsäureimids bzw. des Cyclopentan‐1,3‐dicarbonsäureimids mit LiAlH4. Das 2‐Aza‐ bicyclo‐[3,2,1]‐octan erhielt man durch LiAlH4‐Reduktion des 2‐Aza‐bicyclo‐[3,2,1]‐ octanons‐(3), sein N‐Methylderivat analog aus dem N‐methylierten Lactam. Ein grundsätzlich anderer Weg führte über das Acetonyl‐cyclopentanon‐(2) und dessen Umsetzung mit Ammoniak in Gegenwart von Wasserstoff und RANEY‐Nickel zum 3‐Methyl‐2‐aza‐bicyclo‐[3,3,0]‐octan.
