&NA;This article presents executive managers of early childhood programs a focused and detailed method for providing meaningful supervision to program administrators of urban and suburban early intervention programs that provide a multitude of service delivery models. The Monthly Report and Quality Program Indicators provide anecdotal and statistical information about employee concerns, facility management, curriculum implementation, inservice development, community outreach, enrollment, billing, and evaluations. The information in these reports provides an integrative approach to supervision while providing the basis for improved site‐based supervision and goal setting for program personnel.
