ABSTRACTThe moisture content of the atmosphere of a pot arch preheating covered pots is a very important factor. Heating in a humid atmosphere tends to equalize the rate of removal of moisture from the inside and the outside surface of the pot at temperatures above 212°, decreasing mechanical strains set up in this process
