摘要:

In this note, a reformulation of the divergence (Landau) form of the Fokker-Planck equation in terms of the fourth order Riemann-Christoffel tensor is presented. It is shown that derivatives of the Rosenbluth potentials of no higher than second order result within the vector components on which the divergence operator acts.
