摘要:

The rediscovery after 103 years ofBrassica procumbens(Poir.) O. E. Schulz in Italy is the occasion to investigate further on this species. For the first time the chromosome number (2n=18!) is counted. Pollen and seed morphology are also reported. Finally its general and Italian (Island of Giglio, Tuscan Archipelago) distributions are supported by some considerations on the chorogenesis of the species.
