With the increased interest in reconstructive gynecologic surgery, there have been a number of published studies bearing on pregnancy following uterine unification procedures. It is the intent of this article to review the developing awareness of müllerian malunion, the obstetric complications consequent to this, and a few reports of success in terms of subsequent pregnancy and, to present a small series and suggest criteria for operation, as well as choice of surgical technique.
