摘要:

Some background leading to the development of MIL-STD-1695, released by the Naval Air Systems Command on September 13, 1977, is presented. The rationale behind the selection of the particular environments to be controlled, the justification for the environmental levels invoked and current plans for additional studies of environmental controls are discussed.
