摘要:

AbstractThe determination of enantiomeric purity of (R)‐ and (S)‐2‐hydroxy‐4‐phenylbutyric acid by chiral HPLC is described. Good resolution has been obtained on covalently bonded L‐hydroxyproline saturated with Cu(II) ions.
