SummaryCase of syringo-myelo-bulbia is reported in a man, 37 years old. The symptomatology in this case is very rich, pyramidal signs are present in the four limbs and the face, predominent in the left side. Chronaximetry showed that facial injury was also bilateral.Recently paroxystic tachycardia appeared in this case, released by quinine; ECK has shown Wollf-Parkinson-White syndrom.It is not possible, on a single case, to establish a sure link between the neurological syndrom and the cardiac manifestation, but as far as we know, such a relation is not to rule out.
