摘要:

Several samples of copper(I)complexes of quinaldic acid, methyl- and ethyl quinaldates have been prepared and characterized in the solid state. Extensive measurements of thermogravimetric analysis (T.G.A.), the temperature dependence of electrical conductivity and the action of energetic gamma absorbed dose (5.18 × 107/rd) on the temperature dependence of electrical conductivity were conducted and discussed in details. The semiconductivity of materials investigated was established under experimental conditions used.
