Multistep decision processes with a vector-valued objective function are considered whereby the information about the step-dependent parameters is either complete or incomplete. In case of complete information the well-known necessary and sufficient functional equations can be extended with respect to the parameter dependence, but in case of incomplete information only the sufficiency of certain functional equations can be proved.
