Andy Breckon, Chief Executive of DATA, also attended our conference and responded to the opening lecture given by Graham Whitehead, Head of Advanced Concepts at BT. Andy spent six years as Senior Education Inspector in Lincolnshire and eight years as Design and Technology Inspector. Andy has authored/edited eight books for KS 3/4 and has recently completed a major review of Technology proposals for New Zealand.
