摘要:

Sendai virus contains 8 structural polypeptides. The inter and intra-chain association of the polypeptides by disulfide bonds has been studied by the analysis of structural proteins in the presence and absence of reducing agents. The two high-molecular-weight polypeptides (1 and 2) are linked by disulfide bonds.
