SummaryThe unique occurrence of twins with Cornelia de Lunge syndrome is presented and the possible causation of the syndrome and its striking hypertrichosis is considered, It is concluded that the syndrome is multifactorial in origin and that there may be more than one mechanism for the production of the hypertrichosis.
