摘要:

The statistical approach to cylindrical magnetohydrodynamic turbulence of Montgomery, Turner, and Vahala is carried somewhat further. This leads to the general result that, in statistical equilibrium, the most probable value of the turbulently fluctuating magnetic field is force free.
