摘要:

The antigenicity and enzyme activity of dilute solutions of RNAse exposed to ultrasonic cavitation have been measured as a function of exposure time. The rate of decrease of antigenicity was one‐eighth of the rate of enzyme activity loss. The implication of the results for the use of ultrasound in antigen preparation is discussed.Subject Classification: [43]80.40.
