SummaryIn two cases reports of malignant lymphoma, the surgical treatment had very remarkable results.In one of die cases the resection of cervical lymphomas and subsequent radiotherapy was followed by an apparent complete remission lasting since thirteen years.The authors discuss the role of surgery in selected cases of malignant lymphoma.
