摘要:

AbstractThe fat of Madhuca latifolia is a commercial Indian fat mostly used in soap manufacture. Recent research work on its refining, hydrogenation and solvent crystallization and on the preparation of a tallow substitute and a cocoa butter substitute from the fat has been discussed in this paper.
