SummaryThe autors describe a case of multiple spontaneous fractures, known in the literature«Milkman Syndrome», due in this patient to a lack of protein and fat in the diet. Rest, rich food, a large dose of vit. D., calcium, and Pernarmon i.m. have given spectacular and persistent results.
