Children with problem “wetting” often are suspected of manifesting developmental or behavioral disorders. Thirty-one children who had previously been evaluated and found to have a normal urinalysis, IVP and VCU were reexamined because of persistent voiding dysfunctions. The subjects revealed a physiologic rather than a psychological basis for their urologic disorder. Various aspects of bladder training are discussed.
