A relativistic collisionless electron beam is described through moments on the Vlasov equation. The closure is obtained both in the case of local thermodynamical equilibrium and for awarmplasma. Radial steady solutions are studied in the two closure approaches and compared: In particular, the generalization of the Bennett pinch solution is found in the warm closure.
